מידע קליניThe sample is analyzed using the Ion AmpliSeq™ Liverpool Lymphoid Panel kit, a targeted NGS assay to simultaneously detect and identify mutations of 60 genes, associated with lymphoid disorders. The gene list for essential exons of some genes includes: BCL6 BIRC3 BRAF BTK CARD11 CCND1 CCND3 CD79B CXCR4 DNMT3A EP300 ETV6 EZH2 FAS FBXW7 FOXO1 HRAS IDH2 IRF4 KRAS MAP2K1 MYD88 NOTCH1 NOTCH2 NRAS PLCG2 POT1 RHOA RPS15 SF3B1 SMARCA4 STAT3 STAT5B STAT6 TNFRSF14 XPO1. The gene list for full coding sequence coverage of some genes includes: ARID1A ATM B2M BCL2 CDKN2A CREBBP DIS3 GNA13 ID3 KMT2D MEF2B MYC NFKBIE PAX5PIM1PRDM1PTEN SAMHD1SGK1SOCS1 TENT5C TET2 TNFAIP3 TP53. . The sequencing results are analyzed using the Torrent Suite and Ion Reporter Software, which is specifically optimized for data analysis from this system. The minimum required DNA amount is 20 ng. Threshold values for reporting a result: p > 0.00001. The minimum reported mutation percentage is >2%. Coverage greater than 250X.
