Vision

​MTS Center Goals

• To promote the vision of the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center to provide leading and humane medical treatment to all by the best physicians and the entire medical staff, while excelling in teaching and R&D, for the health of all in Israel and the world over.
  
  
• To improve the quality of healthcare provided at the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and in Israel by improving clinical skills, communication skills and patient safety aspects.
  
  
• To serve as a safe platform for encouraging the medical staff to obtain training, and to enable trial and error in a controlled environment in managing investigative, assessment and feedback processes.
  
  
• To cultivate a culture of continuous, experiential and effective learning through simulation in the fields of medicine, communication, and safety at the Sourasky Medical Center and in Israel.
