The Hyperbaric Medicine Institute at Ichilov offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy for a variety of medical conditions in an advanced, safe, and medically supervised setting.

The hyperbaric chamber at Ichilov is licensed by the Israeli Ministry of Health and is located in central Tel Aviv. The Institute provides hyperbaric oxygen therapy under the supervision of a professional medical team, with treatment plans tailored to each patient's medical condition.

A hyperbaric chamber, also known as a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, is a medical facility in which atmospheric pressure can be controlled while patients breathe oxygen at a high concentration.

Under these conditions, oxygen availability to body tissues increases. In certain medical conditions, this may support healing processes, tissue repair, reduction of swelling, improvement of local blood flow, and recovery from various injuries.

Ichilov offers treatment programs for a wide range of conditions, including non-healing wounds, radiation injuries, sudden hearing loss, bone infections, sports injuries, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other medical conditions.

Some treatments are covered by Israel's national health insurance benefits package, while others are provided outside the covered services, depending on the medical diagnosis, accepted eligibility criteria, and professional assessment of treatment suitability.
