Online Personal Medical Records at Ichilov

The beWell Personal Area at Ichilov

The beWell Personal Area on the Ichilov website provides patients with secure access to their personal medical information.
Access to the medical record is available using an Israeli ID number. Patients who do not have an Israeli ID number may log in using their passport number or a temporary identification number.
The BeWell Personal Area displays the following documents from the past seven years:

Medical summaries:
Summaries of hospital admissions, Emergency Department visits, and visits to specialist outpatient clinics.
Test results:
Results and reports from imaging, gastroenterology, cardiology, and hearing tests.
Laboratory test results:
Results of laboratory tests performed at Ichilov Hospital laboratories.
Upcoming appointments and appointment notifications from the previous year:
Appointments scheduled at Ichilov Hospital clinics and institutes.
Imaging Files Accees and Share
The personal area also provides access to the original medical imaging files. Imaging examinations may also be securely shared with a third party.

Information Not Currently Available
Documents and test results related to the following departments and services are not currently displayed: Maternity and prenatal departments at Lis Hospital, Fertility Institute, Mental Health Services and Child Development Center

The following documents and results are also not currently available: Nursing summaries, Surgical reports, HIV test results and Laboratory test results obtained during hospitalization or an Emergency Department visits.
