Welcome to MTS

The Nissim Douek Medical Technology and Simulation Center is an advanced technology learning center for learning and training processes intended for all healthcare professionals in an innovative environment that simulates situations requiring the provision of medical, nursing and paramedical treatment.

• Sourasky Medical Center teams are invited to train at the MTS: physicians at all stages of their training and after completing their residency, nurses, physician assistants, paramedical professionals (social workers, psychologists), healthcare professionals, hospital service providers and teams from additional medical institutions in Israel and abroad.
  
  
• Training at the MTS simulates complex treatment situations in a learning environment resembling real-life situations as closely as possible using, among other things, simulators, mannequins and actors.
  
  
• Training and courses conducted at the Center are intended for the medical and medical service fields, according to needs defined as central for training the staff so that it can optimally perform procedures and treatment processes.
  
  
• The Center was founded in collaboration with the Ministry of Health Hospital Division, and with a generous donation from Mr. Ronny Douek in loving memory of his father, Nissim Douek.
