​Hospital ER On-Duty Physician Course

  • The aim of the course is to provide physicians with the tools to identify patient DD based on the DSM-5, including basic familiarity with the Treatment of Mental Patients Law, work procedures with the on-call staff and with ER physicians, and identifying the organic patient.
  • The course is intended for residents in psychiatry in their first six months of residency in general hospitals.
  • The course format is one full day of training once a year.


Psychiatric Hospital ER On-Duty Physician Course

  • The aim of the course is to provide physicians with the tools to identify patient DD based on the DSM-5, an in-depth familiarity with the Treatment of Mental Patients Law, work procedures with the on-call staff, identifying the organic patient in addition to knowledge about performing a physical examination, including an ECG and interpreting the results.
  • The course is intended for psychiatry residents who have completed stage 1 in psychiatric hospitals.
  • The course format is one full day of training once a year.
