The Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) Department - hepatic and pancreatic surgeries and transplants
The Ichilov HPB Department is the first center in the country for hepatobiliary surgery, transplants and comprehensive treatment, which operates using an innovative method that combines expertise and a multidisciplinary approach.
The Center deals with the multidisciplinary diagnosis and surgical treatment of a variety of hepatic and biliary tract diseases, the treatment of which includes:
- Liver transplants from deceased donors, or liver lobe transplants from living donors
- Surgery or other invasive procedures - and / or their combination
- Pancreatic surgeries and other complex surgeries

- GI tumors: pancreatic tumors and liver metastases.
