Patients receiving transplants and their living donors are supported by a multi-disciplinary team of transplant surgeons, nephrologists, hepatologists, endocrinologists, a transplant coordinator, an organ donor coordinator, social workers, and dieticians—all working to achieve the best possible outcomes for the patient.
