To apply for diagnostic services, treatment, or consultation, follow these simple steps:

  2. Obtain proposal for medical care
    A Medical Center International Patient Coordinator or physician will reply to you and your family regarding eligibility for treatment, explain potential treatment options, and provide a treatment plan and cost estimates.

  3. Confirm your interest in receiving treatment
    Send the Medical Center an e-mail, fax, or letter confirming your interest in receiving care and date/time windows of availability for treatment. At this stage, there is no commitment on your part to accept the care.

  4. Schedule the visit
    The Medical Center Patient Coordinator will contact you to register and schedule appointments. The Patient Coordinator will assist you and your family with trip planning. 

  5. Confirm financial eligibility and payment options 
    Determine payment alternatives and schedule, and provide a payment deposit. The Patient Coordinator will assist you in providing relevant documentation to submit to your insurance company.

  6. Arrive at the medical center 
    The Patient Coordinator will greet you and your family upon your arrival at the Medical Center, complete the registration process, address any questions you may have, and accompany you to the medical department for care. The Coordinator will escort you to appointments, serving as a liaison and interpreter as necessary throughout your stay.

  7. Complete treatment and return home 
    Following your treatment, you will be provided with a medical summary and instructions for follow-up care with your primary care physician or specialist. The Patient Care Coordinator and caregivers are available to address any questions regarding recovery or follow-up.
