General Description
The Clinic offers medical services to ambulatory patients (non-hospitalized). Patients are referred either by their health service provider, the IDF or other medical centers, or are undergoing follow-up treatment after hospitalization in the department.
A patient who wishes to undergo surgery must first visit the clinic for an evaluation and medical examination. If doctors recommend surgery, the patient will receive a referral to ambulatory or departmental surgery (surgical procedures are not conducted in the clinic).
If a patient's condition is considered to be more complicated than average, his case will be brought up for discussion with all departmental doctors.
