General Description

The Clinic treats adult and pediatric patients suffering from imbalance, hearing defects and tinnitus (ringing in the ears).

The treatment process involves clinical evaluation and examinations, such as hearing tests, tympanometry, ENG BERA, OAE, tinnitus characterization, computerized balancing tests (posturography), and rehabilitative physiotherapy of the balance mechanism in the inner ear.

 

Main Fields of Treatment

Diagnoses, follow-up and treatment for dizziness; treatment for loss of hearing as a result of exposure to loud noises; verification, follow-up and treatment of tinnitus; injections for suffers of Meniere's Disease; treatment for sudden deafness; surgery.

 

Special Requirements

Patients are required to submit a financial guarantee for payment from their health fund (Form No. 17) or pay NIS 176 in cash.

 

Medical Staff

The staff in the Clinic for Dizziness and Hearing Disorders includes ENT doctors, a communications therapist, and a physiotherapist specializing in imbalance disorder rehabilitation.
