Main description
The Department of Internal Medicine J of the Tel Aviv Medical Center treats a wide range of patients. Most of the patients hospitalized have been admitted via the Emergency Room for urgent care. There are also patients admitted on an elective basis from various hospital clinics for comprehensive work-up.

The department provides consultation for patients hospitalized in general surgery and gynecology departments, and who may be transferred as needed for continued care.

The department features an intensive treatment room for patients requiring intensive care. The room is equipped with monitors and respiratory ventilators.
