Mission Statement
We strive to adapt our knowledge and treatment modalities to the changing needs and demands of the clientele and their families; to advance and develop together with social, economic, technological and professional changes.

Nursing Care at the Tel-Aviv Medical Center :
Respect the rights of the client with consideration for cultural beliefs and values.
We consider the client a full partner in the healing process and accordingly, we place great importance on the connection, understanding and mutual respect between the treating
staff, the client and his family.

The secret of quality care lies in the quality and professionalism of the personnel. Only quality and professional manpower can enable the delivery of quality treatment.

A contented staff equals a satisfied client.

We do everything possible so that this equation will succeed.

Believe in the professional autonomy of the nurse. Only a nurse with professional confidence based upon knowledge, skills, ability to reason and initiative can manage patient care and be a full partner in the healing process. We set the professional standards to meet the treatment challenge and to give to the nurse all of the tools with which to achieve her goals in her own way.

Hand-on approach with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team. The complexity of our patients’ medical problems requires comprehensive treatment by a multi-disciplinary staff in order to give the most appropriate care. Doctors, Social workers, Psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, dieticians and many others are partners in patient care.

We have developed a unique job title of nurse coordinator whose main job duty is to coordinate this activity.
