Flight Personnel Examination - Center
The Center for Flight Personnel Examinations offers a variety of services to aeronautical employees (flight crew, air traffic controllers and others) by a specialized, multi-disciplinary staff of doctors licensed in aeronautical medicine that perform all of the required examinations for licensing and flight fitness.
All tests are performed under one roof in a timely, professional manner with accompanying medical staff at hand at all times.

The goal of testing is to assure the pilot's health and fitness. In accordance with licensing regulations, the tests assess the pilot's ability to function effectively without developing problems that might hinder safe operation of flight equipment throughout the duration of the license validation.

The center has a functioning medical committee for flight personnel that is authorized by the director of civilian aeronautics.

The committee is authorized to assess candidates for pilot licensure and for examinees requiring a recommendation to either extend or rescind licensure.
