Goals for the year 2002:
Transfer to the hospitalization tower.
Expansion of the existing services.
Computerize Logistic-Nursing Processes.
Enacting projects to advance the quality of care within the frame work of competition
for prize awards.
Continued improvement of the level of clinical, academic knowledge of the nursing staff.
Development of computerized medical nursing medical charts.
Enlisting registered nurses and additionally elevated the percentage of Registered Nurses.
Development of assessment tools for evaluating the quality of clinical nursing.
