The department comprises an anesthesia unit, a unit for admission and recovery, a pre-anesthesia clinic, a high-risk pre-anesthesia clinic, a pre-surgery clinic and a clinic for cytology examinations. The department has seven operating rooms and performs approximately 7000 surgeries per year.
