Follow-up Clinic for postoperative cardiac surgery patients

General Description

The follow-up clinic for postoperative cardiac surgery patients carries out appraisal and treatment of patients who underwent various cardiac surgical operations, such as: coronary artery bypass, valvular surgery and repair of congenital defects.

In addition, the clinic also performs conventional postoperative follow-up, as well as appraisal and multi-disciplinary treatments for all problems that may arise after surgery, such as: problems with the wound healing, various types of pain, blood coagulation problems, dental treatment, balancing medication administration, etc.

 

Special Demands

Laboratory evaluations, ECG and imaging - to be performed prior to the appointment, according to recommendations given when the appointment was made. 

 

A payment undertaking (Form No. 17) from the patient's Sick Fund or cash payment, in accordance with the tariff of the Ministry of Health, approximately 177 NIS for examination by a consultant physician.

 

The clinic is open on Wednesdays between 11:00 and 14:00
